CaaS General T&C:

  • Coverage as a Service is a supplementary service on top of TAWAL core products and services (e.g Lite B2S and IBS).
  • Coverage as a Service facilitates the delivery of Active Equipment and Mobile Coverage Service from TAWAL’s Partner (e.g Mobile Network Operator).
  • Coverage as a Service only serves the locations that has no CST obligation on Mobile Service Operator to provide mobile service coverage, such as inside office/commercial buildings or rural areas outside the range of populations (e.g. Sea Ports, Dry Ports, Oil Plants, etc…).
  • Related Active Equipment and Mobile Coverage Service are deemed under TAWAL’s Partner ownership and responsibility.
  • Related Passive Infrastructure is deemed under TAWAL’s ownership and responsibility.
  • TAWAL will be responsible for operating and maintaining the Telecom Passive Infrastructure while TAWAL’s Partner for the Coverage as a Service will be responsible operating and maintaining the Active Equipment and Mobile Coverage / Service.
  • Mobile Service Coverage KPIs, SLAs, obligations, and enhancements in relation to Mobile Coverage Service are under TAWAL’s Partner as governed by CST in relation to their Mobile Service Operator License and relevant T&Cs.
  • Commercial and payment terms are treated on a case-by-case basis depending on client requirements and selected coverage technology (e.g. 4G, 5G etc…).
